Girls 9th-12th Grade
The Spring of 2009 will prove to be quite an exciting one as our team enters WPIAL for
the first season! It was a fun time getting to this point and we are anxious to go to
the next level. Good luck to all the girls who get to experience this season!
Our season kicks off with the very special announcement of our 2009 Head Varsity Girls
Coach for the season: Mr. Thomas Zacoi. Coach Z is an extremely accomplished lax
enthusiast/coach/parent of his own lax children, etc., and we are VERY excited to
welcome him aboard! We expect Coach Z to take the girls to our next level with
efficiency, class and style! WECOME!!!!
The team will now have a booster club (The Chartiers Valley High School Girls Lacrosse
Boosters-aka CVHSGLB) whose sole purpose will be to raise funds to further the cause
of the Chartiers Valley High School girls lacrosse team. This board was elected by last
year's club members and is already working diligently to get things rolling for the 2009
season!
Please stay tuned for booster information all season long such as meeting dates,
fundraisers, and important information needed for the season!
