Chartiers Valley Youth Lacrosse hosts teams for boys and girls in 3rd
through 8th grades.

Chartiers Valley Youth Girls Lacrosse and Chartiers Valley Youth Boys
Lacrosse are separate parent-funded club teams both dedicated to
fostering the development of lacrosse to Chartiers Valley boys and girls
in the school district with the object of preparing them for the competitive
high school teams!

Spring 2010 heads up the fifth season for youth boys and third season
for youth girls.

ALL MEMBERS MUST PURCHASE US LAX MEMBERSHIPS
All players MUST register on their own this season for their US Lacrosse
memberships, and then provide the receipt to the club. No player will be
permitted to play without proof of membership.

All players need to do this by February 1, 2010.  If you already have a
membership, you will simply need to renew it. If you played last season,
you have a membership. If you go to look it up and cannot find it,
contact Karen or Connie for assistance.

You cannot wait until your current membership expires (most don't
expire until April or May 2010; your memberships will still expire at the
same time the following season as it does this season, but still needs
renewed by 2/1/10.

All memberships are $25 (new and renewals).

GO TO
US LACROSSE, CLICK ON "MEMBERSHIP INFO", THEN "CLICK
TO APPLY OR RENEW ONLINE"; the rest is self-explanatory, but if you
need help, let us know.

Once you get your receipt, print it out and hand in or email it to
us.

What IS US Lacrosse?
US Lacrosse is the national governing body of men's and women's
lacrosse. Through memberships, US Lacrosse offers secondary
insurance to our players and coaches and liability insurance in order to
be able to use facilities in the area. In addition, in order to be members
of WPYLA, all members of the teams MUST be members of US
Lacrosse. Almost all camps require US Lacrosse memberships as well
as all local travel teams.

Membership with them not only allows you to participate on our teams,
but it also comes with quarterly lacrosse magazines for its members and
offers discounts on items sold on their website, national games, etc.

When you get your membership card, put it in a safe place to refer to
later.
Haley Stamerra & Camille Scumaci were chosen to play for PSL Elite for 2010 season!
